  23.      Summer is around the corner and the American Council on Science and
  24. Health (ACSH) is again reminding sun lovers that moderation is the key to safe
  25. sunbathing - along with some well planned protection against the sun's
  26. ultraviolet rays.  In their annual vacation handbook the ACSH presents a list
  27. of safety tips to have a more enjoyable and healthy vacation.
  28.      In addition to the dark side of summer fun (sunburn and skin cancer) the
  29. handbook provides tips on sunglass savvy, safety in the water including tips
  30. for safe swimming and diving, and on the beach safety during electrical
  31. storms.  A special section is devoted to health problems that travelers
  32. frequently encounter, such as motion sickness, jet lag and traveler's
  33. diarrhea.
